Pinted Guru centralises procurement knowledge, workflows, and vendor intelligence so enterprise teams can move from scattered intake forms to a guided buying experience.
I partnered with product, design, and engineering squads to align roadmap milestones, orchestrate cross-team delivery, and embed AI-powered decision support directly into daily procurement tasks.
The rollout focused on predictable governance, reusable service integrations, and data visibility so sourcing managers could automate handoffs while keeping compliance front and centre.
